NEXUS provides access to human full genome and targeted mouse shRNA libraries, which can be used for high-throughput RNA interference screening project at NEXUS.
In addition, single or multiple clones can be obtained from all shRNA libraries and our ORF library* for your wet lab projects.
* The ORF library is only available for ETH research groups.
Upon request, custom based shRNA and ORF sublibraries or single clones are available.
Registered users can download the Clone Lists of the individual libraries directly from our web-page. Please contact us to register by e-mail using your institutional e-mail address.
Important: Requests from private e-mail addresses (such as GMail, Hotmail, etc.) as well as due to technical restraints, direct requests via our sharepoint instance cannot be considered.
